Ruru Madrid and Shaira Diaz lead tree-planting activity while taping in Antipolo
Ruru Madrid and Shaira Diaz have been spending the past few days in Antipolo to shoot a kilig-worthy episode of GMA's "I Can See You" Season 2.
The team, however, found some free time on the fifth day of lock-in taping, so they went to the Mount Purro Nature Reserve to plant some trees.
Ruru shared photos of their small group activity on Instagram on Sunday. He and Shaira were joined by Arra San Agustin, Moly de Guzman and Ashley Rivera.
"Day 5 at the bubble," the actor said in the caption.
"Today’s our rest day. So, we decided to plant trees and help save mother nature," he added.
Based on Shaira's recent posts from set, their "I Can See You" episode is titled "On My Way to You."
Apart from the second season of "I Can See You," Ruru and Shaira will star in GMA's upcoming teleserye “Lolong."
Said to be the network's biggest action-adventure series yet, the show touches on environmental issues and is inspired by the tale of the world's largest crocodile in captivity that died in 2013. — Margaret Claire Layug/LA, GMA News
