Here's a growing list of community pantries that have popped up to help those in need amid COVID-19

Since the Maginhawa Community Pantry first popped up in Quezon City last Wednesday, community pantries have mushroomed across the country through the weekend.

Fueled by the same spirit kindness and generosity, citizens have been taking to the streets to share what they have and to get what they need — a slogan first used by Ana Patricia Non, the 26-year-old who set up the Maginhawa Community Pantry, which has been proven to be apt for the trying times.

Below, are some community pantries we've seen pop up not just in Metro Manila but in surrounding provinces as well.

Does your area have a community pantry as well? Share some photos and for sure, it will have a ripple effect.
