This time, the couple is investigating the case of Arne Johnson, a man who killed his landlord and claimed that he was possessed by a demon.
They then try to delve into the root of the issue and end up in a fight to save the soul of a young boy haunted by said demon.
The story is based on one of the Warrens' most shocking real-life cases. In 1981, Arne Johnson shocked America by being the first person to claim demonic possession as a motive for manslaughter.
"The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It" is the third installment in the popular horror franchise after "The Conjuring" (2013) and "The Conjuring 2" (2016).
It is set to premiere on theaters and HBO Max on June 4. —JCB, GMA News
