'Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon' announces second season

The adventures of Towa, Setsuna, and Moroha continue as "Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon" gets a second season!

According to its official website, Season 2 is set to premiere in autumn this year. Autumn in Japan runs from mid September to early December.

Season 1 began airing in October last year. It had 24 episodes.

"Yashahime" is the sequel of beloved anime "Inuyasha," which was first released in 2000.

The story focuses on the children of the main characters in the original series: Sesshomaru's twin daughters Towa and Setsuna, as well as Kagome and Inuyasha's daughter Moroha.

Miroku and Sango's twin daughters Gyokuto and Kin'u, as well as son Hisui, also appear in the series.
