‘New Girl’ cast to hold online reunion for 10th anniversary
The cast of “New Girl” is set to reunite online for its 10th anniversary!
According to Variety, the cast of the hit comedy series will reunite virtually through Variety’s second annual TV fest on June 8.
As part of the 10th anniversary celebration, “New Girl” creator Elizabeth Meriwether and stars Zooey Deschanel, Max Greenfield, Jake Johnson, Lamorne Morris, and Hannah Simon will reunite to talk about their experiences working on the show and the series’ influence on comedy today.
Variety's TV fest, which runs from June 8 to 10, will also host other stars and content creators such as “The Equalizer” actress Queen Latifa, “Bridgerton” author Julia Quinn and “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before” novelist Jenny Han as they discuss the different aspects of television.
Fans of “New Girl” can freely attend and register for Variety’s TV fest. However, slots are limited.
“New Girl,” which aired from 2011 to 2018, revolves around a girl who moves in with three men. As the show progresses, each individual finds themselves wrestling with problems in terms of love, friendship, and family. – Kaela Malig/RC, GMA News
