'The Suicide Squad' releases exciting new trailer

The whole gang is assembled in the brand new "The Suicide Squad" trailer.

Aside from putting more attention on characters like Weasel, the two-minute video touches on what prompted Amanda Waller (Viola Davis) to gather a team of supervillains — apparently, something went wrong with "Project Starfish."

With a giant monster on the attack, the ragtag group must band together to save the world.

Helmed by "Guardians of the Galaxy" director James Gunn, "The Suicide Squad" is set to premiere on August 6. —JCB, GMA News
