Kakai Bautista teases health worker as she receives second dose of COVID-19 vaccine
Kakai Bautista had a playful moment with the health worker who gave her her second dose of COVID-19 vaccine.
On Monday, the comedian shared a video of herself getting inoculated while being accompanied by her “First Yaya” co-star Sanya Lopez, who held her hand throughout the process.
Despite being nervous, Kakai joked around with Sanya and the frontliner who was about to administer the shot.
As the health worker pushed the syringe on her arm, she told him, “oh sh*t … ang sarap.”
Meanwhile, laughter could be heard on the background and the person who was taking the video asked Kakai why she wasn’t shaking despite her nervousness.
“Mas nanginginig ka nga sa ’kin eh,” Kakai jokingly told the health worker, before adding, “kuya marami akong ipon.”
On her caption, the comedian expressed her gratitude for finally completing her vaccine series.
“Fully vaccinated! Thank you Lord,” she wrote. “Thank you to all our frontliners! Thank you for your patience and service. Mabuhay kayo!!!”
The government recently rolled out vaccination for the A4 category or those who have to go out and physically report for work, such as members of the entertainment industry, self-employed workers, delivery service riders, and other laborers.
Other celebrities and personalities who have been vaccinated include Iya Villania, Drew Arellano, Sanya Lopez, Gabbi Garcia, Khalil Ramos, Jessica Soho, Maine Mendoza, Barbie Forteza, Jak Roberto, Ruru Madrid, Bianca Umali, Dingdong Dantes, Marian Rivera, Glaiza de Castro, Bianca Gonzales, Maris Racal, and Rico Blanco. – Jannielyn Ann Bigtas/RC, GMA News
