You can experience the thrill of ‘Kingdom’ via an online escape room

As we wait for the next season of the hit Netflix original series “Kingdom” after the special episode “Kingdom: Ashin of the North,” here’s an experience that may fill that void.

Smart Communications teamed up with Mystery Manila to create a virtual escape room that transports subscribers to the world of “Kingdom” by showing unnatural plagues, political conspiracies, and all kinds of chaos found in the award-winning show.

“Upon entering the escape room, you will find yourself trapped inside the magistrate’s library surrounded by bloodthirsty zombies. To find your way to safety, you will undergo a series of challenges with clues in the form of books and scrolls, letting you experience the chilling scenes from the horrific Dongnae world,” said a press release by Smart.

On Instagram, there are also customized Instagram filters (@LiveSmart) that fans of the show can check to see the role they are destined to play during the zombie outbreak.

The “Kingdom”-inspired online escape room may be accessed at smartnetflix.mysterymanila.com starting July 31. – RC, GMA News
