BTS announces first offline concert in 2 years

BTS is holding their first offline concert for the first time in two years!

The South Korean supergroup announced that their "Permission to Dance On Stage" concert will be heading to Los Angeles, California later this year, with fans present.

This concert will be the first time that BTS will get to perform face to face with their fans since their 2019 world tour "Love Yourself: Speak Yourself The Final."

"We've been itching to tell you," main vocalist Jungkook said in the video announcement. "I hope this news makes ARMY glad."

In a statement, Big Hit Music said they took "national and regional health regulations and circumstances into consideration."

"This is an especially valuable event that will be held under difficult circumstances which is why we will do our very best to bring you all-new, phenomenal concert, while keeping the health of the artists and fans our top priority," they said.

"It is our deepest regret that we are unable to hold more concerts in more areas," they added.

The "Permission to Dance On Stage" concert in L.A. will have four rounds, held on Nov. 27, Nov. 28, Dec. 1, and Dec. 2 at the SoFi Stadium.

BTS earlier announced that their online concert with the same name will be held on October 24. —JCB, GMA News
