What feng shui items are lucky for Chinese New Year 2022?

Do you believe in feng shui? Here are some items that may get believers and vendors that extra dose of luck and prosperity for the upcoming Chinese New Year on February 1.

On Corinne Catibayan’s “24 Oras Weekend” report on Sunday, feng shui consultant Jean Yu-Chua said prosperity baskets, power bracelets, and protection charms are among the best-sellers.

“The prosperity basket gives the whole family luck or good fortune kasi nilalagyan din ito ng bigas and money na pwede nilang gamitin to attract good luck, health, and prosperity,” she said.

Chua added that 2022 or the Year of the Water Tiger is a year of healing, but reminded that one should be careful with their actions all throughout.

“Since tiger kasi is a very action-oriented animal sign among the 12 animal signs, we [should] take our actions very [cautiously]. [Let’s not be] super on the rush,” she said.

With the pandemic still ongoing, Chua said Chinese New Year can just be celebrated virtually. Still, don’t forget to wear your best outfits in red!
