Delivery rider who passed Criminology Licensure Exam celebrates by offering free rides

After a long journey of studying by day and fetching orders by night, a hardworking delivery app rider was able to pass the recently held Criminology Licensure Exam.

According to a report on “State of the Nation,” Mark Anthony Combate celebrated his milestone by offering free rides to commuters in need.

He also inspired his fellow rider Mark Ryan Correa to do the same, particularly when he passes his own licensure examination for teachers.
