Heart Evangelista goes shopping at sari-sari store

Yes, you read it right—Heart Evangelista just went shopping at a sari-sari store in Kamuning, Quezon City!

On Thursday, the Kapuso Queen of Creative Collaborations shared the experience with a video of herself buying all sorts of stuff, including chips, biscuits, and soft drinks.

“Challenge accepted! Sari-sari store shopping! Ang saya saya! It brings back my childhood memories,” she wrote on Instagram.

Of course, Heart looked oh so glammed up with her pink silk outfit, which went perfectly well with her bleached blonde hair.

As seen on the video, she also bought food for passersby who greeted her, including a happy little child.

At one point, Heart joked that she ran out of cash. “Ending: wala akong pang bayad. Naubos pera ko,” she said on the captions.

It sure looked like she had lots of fun, as seen through her smile even while she wore a face mask.

Sari-sari store shopping was one of the challenges sent by Heart’s Instagram followers.

On her Instagram stories, she shared that she was also asked to ride a jeepney and eat street food—will she do it? Let’s wait and see.

As of writing, Heart’s sari-sari store adventure has received over 115,000 likes and 1,900 comments.

Heart, who turned 37 this month, recently came back to the Philippines after Paris Fashion Week.
