'I Am Legend' sequel starring Will Smith and Michael B. Jordan in the works

After over 14 years, "I Am Legend" is getting a sequel.

According to The Hollywood Reporter , Will Smith will reprise his iconic role, starring alongside "Black Panther" star Michael B. Jordan.

Original film’s co-writer Akiva Goldsman will be penning the script for Warner Bros., the report added.

Smith and Jordan confirmed the sequel through an Instagram post.
