BTS unveils first concept photos for upcoming album 'Proof'

We are officially entering BTS comeback season!

The South Korean supergroup just unveiled the first set of concept photos for their upcoming album "Proof."

In the group photo shared by BigHit Music on Friday night, the seven members of BTS could be seen standing in front of a dented metal vault, with bullets on the ground before them.

They themselves remain unharmed, a nod to their name "Bangtan Sonyeondan," of "Bulletproof Boy Scouts" in English.

It's also a reference to their foundational tagline "We Are Bulletproof," which they also used as a title for two of their songs: "We Are Bulletproof Pt.2," released in 2013, and "We Are Bulletproof: The Eternal," released in 2020.

BigHit Music also posted individual concept photos for V, Jin, Jimin, Jungkook, RM, Suga, and J-Hope.

"Proof" is an anthology album that "embodies the history of BTS." It will contain five new songs, two of which will be available for CD only.

The lead single is titled "Yet To Come (The Most Beautiful Moment)," which seems to reference one of their past eras, "The Youth Trilogy."

"Proof" will be released on June 10, days away from the group's ninth anniversary. —JCB, GMA News
