BTS celebrates ARMY's anniversary with purple balloons on Google

ARMY, the massive fandom of K-pop titans BTS, is celebrating nine years since its formation on Saturday, July 9.

For this year's anniversary, BTS went big and partnered with Google for a surprise for their fans.

If you search "BTS" on Google's homepage, a purple heart will appear in the results.

Once you click it, purple balloons will show up on your screen. You can pop them all, and if you get the ones with microphones in them, you'll hear each of the seven members saying "I purple you," their way of saying "I love you" to their fans.

Last year, BTS shared a playlist for their fans on their eighth anniversary.
