Keanu Reeves to return for long-awaited 'Constantine' sequel

"Constantine" is finally getting a sequel!

According to a report on Deadline, Warner Bros. is developing a sequel to the DC supernatural thriller, and Keanu Reeves is returning to play the title role.

Director Francis Lawrence will also return to helm the project, while Akiva Goldsman will write the screenplay, the report added.

The original film follows exorcist John Constantine as he helps a detective investigate her twin sister's death. It was released in 2005. —JCB, GMA News
