GOT7's Youngjae, ATEEZ, iKON meet their Pinoy fans at 2022 K-Pop Masterz Ep. 2 in Manila

ATINYS, iKONICS, and AHGASES finally saw their ultimates in the flesh as their favorites showcased why they are the masters of K-pop in the recently held 2022 K-Pop Masterz Ep. 2 in Manila!

GOT7's Youngjae or Choi Young Jae was delighted to meet his fans for the second time this year as he hyped the crowd by opening the concert with a blast through his song 'Vibin'. He performed a total of five songs including "Sugar"— the title track for his recently released mini album.

With the concert held six days after his birthday, the Filipino fans sang "Happy Birthday" both in English and Korean versions. What he said after melted the heart of Ahgases: "I wanna visit next month again." He further added that aside from Manila, he wants to visit Cebu.

Youngjae also shared some TMI: He has more than 30 unreleased songs on his computer. Also, he even plans to perform on a bigger stage.

Meanwhile, ever since ATEEZ debuted last 2018, it is the first time for the eight-member K-pop group to have a show in the Philippines. Their fanbase ATINY went wild as they made a massive entrance with their newest song "Guerilla."

They seized the night with five songs and flaunted their competitiveness and undeniable skills in sports. ATEEZ played three games with a touch of Filipino and Korean games—sepak takraw, move archery and relay quiz.

They said they will be back here in our country and they hope to see ATINY soon as they deeply appreciate the fans' "warm cheers."

Boy group iKon, for their part, reunited with their Filipino fans who greeted them with loud cheers at the Big Dome. Their back-to-back performances of "Sinosijak" and "Rhythm Ta" were truly iconic for everyone.

iKON revealed that they had seen posts on social media about when they will come back to the Philippines and it finally happened.

Aside from their amazing iKONICS, the boy group answered some questions so that fans will know them more personally. During this part, Song Yunhyeong revealed that he wants to cook Filipino food, especially tapa when he has spare time.

Before their song "Love Scenario," iKON's main rapper Bobby uttered words that pierced the hearts of their fans. "I thought you've forgotten us... thank you for coming tonight."

Patricia Dianzon, a multi-stan, turned emotional and delighted when she heard that line. She's been a fan of iKON since 2018.

She even filed for a vacation leave just to secure tickets for the K-Pop concert because it's the perfect space to let their favorite artist know that nothing changed between them—even after getting separated by a pandemic.

Triple the fun for K-pop multi-stan, the K-Pop Masterz Ep. 2 in Manila is a reunion, a festival of impeccable artistry, and a gathering of dedicated fans.  A night they will never forget.
