Red Velvet's Seulgi releases mini-album, music video for '28 Reasons'

Red Velvet member Seulgi has made her much-awaited solo debut!

The K-pop idol released her music video for “28 Reasons,” as well as her first mini-album of the same name.

The now trending MV opens with Seulgi peacefully waking up in an empty field before it cuts into her performing the choreography in badass outfits.

Seulgi’s lyrics present both softness and edgy tones. “Well, that’s love, sweet and bitter; I ruin you and save you,” she sings in the second verse.

As of this writing, the video has 2.5 million views and is on the ninth spot for trending music on YouTube. It is also still trending on Twitter Philippines at no. 5.

Also composed of Irene, Wendy, Joy, and Yeri, Red Velvet last visited the Philippines in July for the concert, “Be You: The World Will Adjust.”
