Avril Lavigne announced her new song "I'm a Mess," and the preview got fans nostalgic.

The teaser posted on her TikTok page is so much like her old sound — comments say they're reminded of the "good old days" because of the "early 2000s vibes."

A fan even compared it to one of Avril's old hits, "Nobody's Home."

"I'm a Mess" is a collaboration with musician Yungblud. The song and music video will be released on November 3.
