Catriona Gray, patriotic challenges, and more unveiled in latest ‘Drag Den Philippines’ trailer

“Drag Den Philippines” just keeps dropping surprises one after the other!

In a trailer first released on Entertainment Weekly and then later on in social media, it showed the queens meeting each other for the first time in an actual underground “drag” den.

In case you were wondering — It's not sketchy at all, and provides an exciting set for the competition.

The queens happily interact with each other, along with Drag Runner Sassa Gurl and Drag Dealer Nicole Cordoves. Catriona Gray also joins the series as the Drag Enforcer!

They also finally get to meet “RuPaul’s Drag Race” all star, show host, and Drag Lord, Manila Luzon.

Some of the drag queens’ runway challenges include ones that involve Philippine national symbols and fiesta-themed costumes. They are out to give their all to prove their talent and creativity.

The eight beautiful and powerful queens competing for the crown are O-A, Maria Cristina, Aries Night, Barbie-Q, Shewarma, Pura Luka Vega, NAIA, and Lady Gagita.

In an episode of “The Mangahas Interviews,” Sassa Gurl said the drag competition will be uniquely Filipino.
