NOBITA’s ‘Ikaw Lang’ outranks global hits as most streamed song in the Philippines — Spotify

The year 2022 is all about Filipino love songs!

Outranking global hits, Spotify hailed NOBITA’s “Ikaw Lang” as the most streamed track in the Philippines.

Other OPM songs followed suit, including Arthur Nery’s “Pagsamo,” Adie’s “Paraluman,” Zack Tabudlo’s “Pano,” and Arthur Nery’s “Isa Lang.”

These five songs beat Troye Sivan’s “Angel Baby,” which placed at number six, and Justin Bieber’s “Ghost” at number 7.

As of writing, NOBITA’s “Ikaw Lang” has more than 123, 395,271 plays on Spotify.

“We are truly honored to be part of Spotify’s Wrapped Top Lists this year and be recognized alongside other great Pinoy artists,” Jaeson, Mark, Roman, Sam, and Richmond of NOBITA told the press.

Meanwhile, Taylor Swift is the most streamed artist in the Philippines in 2022.

In 2021, Spotify heraled Zack Tabudlo’s “Binibini” as most streamed song in the Philippines, while BTS, Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, Ben&Ben, and Ariana Grande were the most streamed artists.
