Maxene Magalona on why she still posts wedding photos of herself: ‘Ang ganda ko, sayang naman’
Maxene Magalona’s self-love is overflowing, and we are all here for it!
On Instagram, she has been sharing photos of herself from her wedding that took place some years back.
Some netizens have found it a bit strange, but Maxene has the perfect answer.
“To those who find it weird that I still post my wedding photos even though my marriage did not work out, 1. This is one of the ways I honor my pain. 2. Ang ganda ko sa photos, sayang naman. Lol.”
She received lots of support in the comments from netizens, saying they would also do the same if they had such gorgeous shots. Some also encouraged her to create a podcast.
Meanwhile, in the same post, Maxene said what really helped with her healing is a “closer and deeper relationship with God.”
Maxene, who tied the knot with Rob Mananquil in 2018, confirmed her single status in October.
She has since moved out from her marital home and chose to “move on, move out, and move forward.”
On her 36th birthday last month, Maxene prioritized prayer, purpose, and peace while in Boracay.
