Liam Payne expresses pride, admiration for Louis Tomlinson following his documentary premiere

Liam Payne is nothing but proud of his One Direction bandmate Louis Tomlinson, following the premiere of his documentary “All of Those Voices.”

“All of Those Voices” gives an intimate and unfiltered view of Louis’ personal and musical journey. It also includes footage from his 2022 world tour.

Along with a photo of the two of them wearing suits and looking excited, Liam posted a candid message for his “friend and brother” on Instagram.

“Seeing the world through your eyes last night was the most beautiful thing to experience,” the singer said, adding that he now has more respect for Louis.

“What you’ve dealt with and how you held it all inside !! I’m so sorry I was so out of my mind and I didn’t do better for you, I feel ashamed in those moments to not be as good of a friend as you have been to me, at least I have time now and I’m me again so will try and make amends,” he added.

Liam admitted that he felt “emotionally drained watching the movie” but that it is nothing compared to what Louis went through.

“I’m so proud of how you did it not only with amazing music but with passion and the will to get up off the canvas every time life beat you down and fight back,” he said.

In the touching tribute, Liam shared that Louis “literally saved [his] life,” and that he is so thankful and lucky to have him as a friend.

“[You] were part of a small group of people that literally saved my life, you dragged me out of something so dark I’ve never shared it but your approach is something I admire and aspire to so I can one day do the same,” he said.

Liam thanked Louis and added, “Congratulations you deserve all these moments, every sight you get to see, every cheer that you hear and all the love you are receiving from the world.”

“You worked harder than any of us to get here and now the world gets to see that from your side,” he added.

Also composed of Harry Styles, Niall Horan, and previously Zayn Malik, One Direction’s top hits include “What Makes You Beautiful,” “Story of My Life,” and “Night Changes.”

The group has been on a hiatus since 2016 and the members have since been working on solo projects.
