Derrick Monasterio arrives on a horse in Sparkle Spell 2023

Derrick Monasterio has the grandest entrance at Sparkle Spell 2023!

During the Halloween ball held on Sunday night at Xylo in Bonifacio Global City, the Sparkle actor rode a horse to the black carpet while wearing a warrior-inspired ensemble, just like Achilles from Troy.

According to Derrick, including a horse for his entrance was just a last-minute idea.

"Last minute na 'yung horse pero binook ko na kasi ang ganda na ng outfit,” he said.

"Favorite movie ko rin kasi 'yung Troy, so I [dressed up as] Achilles," he added.
