On X (formerly Twitter), Michelle shared a snap of her view from the plane after finally landing in Manila.

“Touchdown, FILIPINAS!” she wrote, adding the hashtag #home.

Upon her arrival, the hashtag #MichelleDee trended on the social media platform as fans gave her a grand airport salubong.

In videos posted online, Michelle can be seen greeting her supporters with a big smile.

The Kapuso beauty queen’s mom, Melanie Marquez, Miss Universe Philippines national director Shamcey Supsup, Miss Grand Philippines 2021 Samantha Panlilio, and fellow actress Rhian Ramos were among those present at Michelle’s arrival.

Michelle finished her Miss Universe 2023 journey in the Top 10. She also took home four special awards, including the Voice for Change video competition, at the coronation night in El Salvador last Sunday.
