3 Filipinas officially debut as members of K-pop girl group UNIS

Following the run of the South Korean reality competition “Universe Ticket,” the newest K-pop girl group, UNIS, has officially made their debut!

The group launched their first mini-album, “We Unis,” alongside the music video for their title track, “SUPERWOMAN.”

The mini-album also includes “Butterfly’s Dream,” “Whatchu Need,” “Dopamine,” and "Dream of Girls.”

UNIS is composed of South Korean members Bang Yunha, Lim Seowon, and Oh Yoona; Japanese Nana and Kotoko; Filipinas Elisia Parmisano and Gehlee Dangca; and Filipino-Korean Jin Hyeon Ju.

Elisia was the first contestant to secure a spot in the girl group, making history as the first Filipino to rank first in a Korean survival show.
