Tom Cruise to guest on Jin of BTS's online show 'Run Jin'

Tom Cruise and BTS member Jin are meeting for the first time in the upcoming episode of "Run Jin!"

In the preview for Episode 35, Jin can be seen running around a garden maze, trying to pick a lock, and disabling a "bomb," all while the iconic theme song of "Mission Impossible" is playing in the background.

He is also shown hugging a mystery man, as the caption "A big one is coming" flashed on screen.

According to a report on Soompi, Tom Cruise has been confirmed to be the guest star of the upcoming episode.

The Hollywood star visited South Korea earlier this month to promote his film "Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning."

"Run Jin" is an online variety show that releases episodes weekly on BTS' YouTube channel, Bangtan TV. It was launched by Jin after he completed his mandatory military service in 2024.

Among his previous guests are K-drama star Park Hyung Sik, South Korean Olympian fencer Oh Sang Wook, popular entertainer Jonathan Yiombi, and members of the groups TXT and Enhypen.

Meanwhile, "Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning" is the eighth installment in the action spy franchise. It is premiering in Philippine theaters on May 21. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
