'Percy Jackson' Season 2 teaser shows first glimpse at cyclops Tyson

Disney just released the teaser for "Percy Jackson and the Olympians" Season 2, and it shows the first meeting between Percy Jackson and Tyson the cyclops. Tyson blocked the flaming dodgeball headed towards Percy.

In Rick Riordan's book series, Percy and Tyson become friends at Meriwether College Prep, and Tyson eventually becomes an important figure in the story.

Aside from Tyson, the teaser also showed glimpses of the exciting chariot race at Half-Blood Camp.

"Percy Jackson and the Olympians" Season 2 adapts the second book in the series, "Sea of Monsters." It will premiere on Disney+ in December.

The first season was released in 2023, and it has already been renewed for Season 3. 

The TV adaptation stars Walker Scobell as Percy Jackson, Leah Jeffries as Annabeth Chase, and Aryan Simhadri as Grover Underwood. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
