'DRPH: Slaysian Royale': Arizona Brandy bounces back as winner of 'Rusical' episode

Arizona Brandy, who was the first Filipino queen to land in the bottom during the “Holy Cacao” episode of “Drag Race Philippines: Slaysian Royale,” proved this week that she has much more to offer.

In the Rusical episode of the drag reality series, Arizona redeemed herself and secured a top placement alongside Brigiding.

Arizona ultimately won, earning her first RuBadge of the season for her comedy-gold portrayal of Chef Lee Cum Queen in the “Crazy B*tch Slaysians” Rusical and winning the lip sync battle with Brigiding.

Meanwhile, Kitty Space and Bernie ended up at the bottom.

At the Bekenemen viewing party hosted by Baus Rufo and Myx Chanel at Apotheka on Wednesday night, Arizona shared her excitement about returning to the top.

“Ang saya pala magka RuBadge,” she said.

“Noong nag perform na ako, nakita ko na ‘yung mukha ng mga judges na nag-e-enjoy sila, so I just let loose again,” she added.

As the episode’s winner, Arizona faced the difficult task of deciding who to send home.

In the end, she chose Kitty, explaining that she couldn’t bring herself to eliminate her fellow Filipino queen, Bernie.

“Feeling ko hindi kasi ako makakatulog sa gabi kapag pinauwi ko si Bernie, as in talaga,” she said.

“Ang hirap nang experience ngayon sa ‘Slaysian Royale’ kasi we get to pick who to eliminate so mas matindi ‘yung trauma,” she added.
