SB19 debuts on Billboard Japan's Top Albums Sales chart

SB19 continues to make waves around the world.

The P-Pop Kings entered the Billboard Japan chart for the first time, making them the first-ever Filipino group to enter the chart.

Their EP “Simula at Wakas” ranked number 17 this week on the Top Albums Sales chart. According to Billboard Philippines, this chart is a component chart of Japan Hot Albums Chart that ranks physical albums and EP sales in Japan.

Billboard said SB19’s physical EP was only released in Japan on September 17 and had already sold an estimated 3,578 copies this week.

SB19 has been making Billboard history throughout their career.

In August, their fanbase A’TIN won the Billboard Fan Army Face-Off.

This year, SB19’s single “DAM” debuted at number one while “DUNGKA!” was number seven on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales.

Their collaboration with Sarah Geronimo, “Umaaligid,” also debuted on Billboard’s World Digital Song Sales Chart at No. 4.

In 2024, SB19 received the Voices of Asia award at Billboard Korea’s Billboard K Power 100 event in Seoul, South Korea.

“Gento," meanwhile, also debuted and peaked at number eight in June 2023. SB19 is officially the OPM artist with the most chart entries, according to Billboard.

The P-Pop Kings are currently embarking on their "Simula at Wakas" world tour.
