For Halloween, Masungi Georeserve will offer nighttime trail
Looking for something fun to do this Halloween? Masungi Georeserve has something in store for you!
On social media, the award-winning conservation initiative in Rizal announced they will be holding their “Masungi After Hours: A Halloween Special” where guests take on a breathtaking night trail as they listen to stories about Philippine mythology.
“Experience Masungi in the dark. Walk the trails under the night sky, guided only by lanterns, the sounds of nature, and your sense of adventure,” they wrote.
“Along the way, discover how Philippine mythology intertwines with the stories of the forest, where science meets folklore and the landscape itself becomes part of the tale. See the forest as few ever do — alive, mysterious, and full of wonder after sundown,” Masungi added.
The Halloween activity will run from October 30 to November 2 with five timeslots a day: 5:00 p.m., 6:30 p.m., 8:00 p.m., 9:30 p.m., and 11:00 p.m.
To join, guests must first register on the website and pay a P2,000 conservation fee. Groups of three or more can avail of a special rate of P1,800 per guest.
The deadline for sign up is on October 28.
