Animated 'Stranger Things: Tales from '85' coming in 2026

An animated “Stranger Things” series is coming out next year!

Netflix just announced “Stranger Things: Tales from ‘85,” which will chronicle the events between the show’s seasons two and three. The art and animation are inspired by 1980s cartoons.

The show is set for release in 2026.

"Stranger Things 5" will premiere on Netflix in three parts: Vol. 1 on November 26, Vol. 2 on Christmas Day, and the finale on New Year's Eve.

In Season 5, the gang makes a plan to find the Upside Down's biggest boss, Vecna, and to end the conflicts once and for all before he ends the world.
