'Red Dead Redemption' expands to new gen consoles, mobile platforms including Netflix
The "Red Dead Redemption" games will soon be available on new generation consoles and mobile devices!
Rockstar Games on Thursday announced that the epic "Red Dead Redemption" and its zombie-horror companion, "Undead Nightmare," will debut on iOS and Android devices on December 2. Netflix subscribers will also be able to download and play the mobile version.
The games are also headed to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2. For owners of older consoles like PS4, Nintendo Switch, and the digital backward compatible version on Xbox One, free upgrades are available digitally. Players can continue with their previous save data.
"All these new versions feature the complete single-player experiences of both games, and also include bonus content from the Game of the Year Edition," Rockstar Games said.
"Red Dead Redemption" was originally released for PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2010, followed by "Undead Nightmare" the same year.
