'Street Fighter' live action film drops star-studded sneak peek at The Game Awards 2025


"Street Fighter," the live action adaptation of the beloved fighting game of the same name, just dropped its teaser trailer during The Game Awards 2025!

The teaser features Noah Centineo as Ken Masters, Callina Liang as Chun-Li, 50 Cent as Balrog, and Jason Momoa as Blanka.

Also part of the cast are Andrew Koji as Ryu, Cody Rhodes as Guile, Orville Peck as Vega, Vidyut Jammwal as Dhalsim, Oliver Richters as Zangief, Hirooki Goto as E. Honda, David Dastmalchian as M. Bison, Roman Reigns as Akuma, Andrew Schulz as Dan Hibiki, Eric André as Don Sauvage, Mel Jarnson as Cammy, Rayna Vallandingham as Juli, and Alexander Volkanovski as Joe. 

Members of the cast took to the Game Awards stage to unveil the teaser on Friday's ceremony. The film is set to hit theaters on October 16, 2026.

Set in 1993, "Street Fighter" follows Ryu and Ken Masters who are recruited to join the World Warrior Tournament.

"Street Fighter"  is a popular video game franchise published by Capcom. The first game was released in 1987. The latest, "Street Fighter 6," was released in 2023. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
