Here's how to nab 'Hogwarts Legacy' for free

“Hogwarts Legacy,” the popular open?world RPG set in the “Harry Potter” universe, is currently available for free!

Developed by Avalanche Software and published by Warner Bros. Games, “Hogwarts Legacy” normally retails for P2,990 but can now be added to your library at no cost, and you get to keep it permanently once claimed on Epic Games.

Here’s how you can claim your free copy:

Open the Epic Games Store launcher on your PC or visit the store in a web browser. 

Sign in to your Epic Games account or create one if you don’t already have it. 

Search for “Hogwarts Legacy” or go directly to the game’s store page. 

Click the “Get” button and then “Place Order.” You should see the total price as Free before completing the checkout. 

After checkout, the game will be permanently added to your library.

Players have until December 18 to claim the free copy. After that date, the game will return to its normal price. 

Aside from Epic Games, “Hogwarts Legacy” is also available on Steam, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.

Released in 2023, “Hogwarts Legacy” allows players to experience Hogwarts as a student in the 1800s.
