Marian Rivera meets Hirono creator, gets signed drawing
Marian Rivera just met Lang, the creator of Hirono, a art toy collectible that rose to fame due to the “anik anik” craze in 2024.
On Instagram, supportive husband Dingdong Dantes shared how rare it is for the Kapuso Primetime Queen to get this excited, describing her as being in “full-on fangirl mode.”
“Today, she met the creator of one of the toys she loves to collect…and even got it signed!” he wrote.
“Little does she know, she causes the very same happy chaos in the hearts of her own fans,” Dingdong added.
In the comment section, Marian confirmed her fangirl moment, writing, “Kilig ko hanggang heaven.”
Aside from meeting the artist, Marian also received a signed drawing, which she posted on her Instagram Stories.
"This is truly a dream come true," she said, as she thanked Pop Mart. "My heart is full - so happy, so grateful, beyond words," Marian added.
Hirono is one of the art toy characters popularized by Pop Mart, the toy retailer that opened its first permanent store in the Philippines last week. Find them at SM Megamall.
Aside from Hirono, Pop Mart also carries other popular characters such as Labubu, Molly, and Skullpanda, among others.
