'Lumpia Queen' Abi Marquez appears in Gordon Ramsay's Netflix series

Abi Marquez has appeared in Gordon Ramsay’s new Netflix docuseries, “Being Gordon Ramsay.”

The scene showed the top chef’s visit to Manila in 2025, where Abi made a Beef Wellington lumpia for him.

“I fucking love it," the British chef said, signaling his approved.

Abi attended a watch party and could not help but squeal in delight at the scene.

“I’m in Netflix,” she said.

“Young Abi would never believe this,” Abi added on Instagram.

She also thanked Gordon “for your generosity and uplifting young cooks.”

Gordon Ramsay is the chef behind several Michelin-starred restaurants, including Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in the UK and Le Pressoir d'Argent in Bordeaux. He's opened restaurants worldwide, including in Singapore, UAE, and Japan.

His first restaurant in the country, Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill, opened in 2024 at the Newport World Resorts' Grand Wing.

Meanwhile, Abi is an award-winning content creator. She has also collaborated with big names in the food and show business industry, including David Corenswet and Uncle Roger.
