Nothing is sacred in the upcoming "Scary Movie" revival film.

Paramount Pictures unveiled the trailer for the sixth installation of the horror-comedy franchise, the first in 13 years, simply titled "Scary Movie."

The trailer is full of jabs at politics and "woke" culture, and references to hit movies and shows, including "The Substance," "Sinners," and "Wednesday."

It also reunites Anna Faris and Regina Hall with Marlon and Shawn Wayans, who play the "Core Four": Cindy, Brenda, Shorty, and Ray.

"Every line will be crossed," the trailer said.

Its YouTube description added, "The Wayans are back to cancel the Cancel Culture."

The first "Scary Movie," directed by Keenen Ivory Wayans, was released in 2000.

The last film in the franchise, "Scary Movie 5," was released in 2013.

The upcoming installment is directed by Michael Tiddes. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
