BTS is magnetic in Netflix trailer for 'Arirang' comeback live special
Netflix has just released the trailer for the BTS comeback live special, and it's full of aura.
The trailer starts with clips from 2022, when BTS took a step back from group activities due to their mandatory military service.
Leader and rapper RM then steps into the scene and is heard saying, "We promised our fans that we'd be back."
The seven members — RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook — are shown in sharp black outfits in Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul, South Korea, where their comeback stage is set to be held. They are expected to perform songs from their upcoming album "Arirang."
"Seven together, we can do anything," RM said. "Keep swimming."
BTS' comeback performance at Gwanghwamun will be streamed on Netflix on March 21, 8 p.m. KST.
The South Korean's supergroup return to the music scene will also be featured in "BTS: The Return," a documentary film centered on the making of their album. It will land on Netflix on March 27.
BTS is set to release "Arirang" on March 20. It is their first group album since "Proof" in 2022.
Earlier this week, BTS unveiled the tracklist for "Arirang," highlighting the title track, "Swim."
In April, BTS will kick off their "Arirang" world tour, with the first two stops set to be broadcast in cinemas worldwide.
