Women’s Month 2026: Art fairs, exhibits to check out

In celebration of Women’s Month, several art spaces and creative communities are rolling out events that highlight the voices, stories, and talents of women.

From all-women group exhibits to community art showcases, here’s a list of events you might want to check out:

1. Lilet Fair

A mix of music, art, drag, comedy, and conversation, Lilet Fair brings together a diverse lineup of women creatives for a one-day festival.

According to organizers Gabi Na Naman Productions, the event is “a live gig and community gathering” rather than a formal program, encouraging audiences to simply come and experience the performances.

The lineup includes musicians Barbie Almalbis, Clara Benin, syd hartha, and Janine Berdin, alongside drag performers M1SS Jade So and Inah Demons, and a talk titled “She Means Business: Women Paving the Way in Music, Offstage.”

The Lilet Fair is happening on March 21 at 123 Block, Mandala Park, Mandaluyong. Gates open at 3:00 p.m.

2. Pangil sa Pangil - Women’s Month Group Exhibition

Allout Art Space in Laguna is bringing together more than 70 female artists whose works explore instinct, resilience, and lived experience through painting and sculpture for Pangil sa Pangil.

Organizers describe the exhibit as reclaiming “the fang as a symbol of strength” and a refusal “to shrink, soften, or stay silent.”

Pangil sa Pangil opens on March 21, 1 p.m., at the Avida Shophouse Technopark in Biñan, Laguna.

3. Babae at Kulay Art Exhibit

Running in Angono, Rizal, Babae at Kulay features 60 artworks from both emerging and established women artists across CALABARZON.

The exhibit highlights women’s strength, beauty, and contributions, and is positioned as “more than just an exhibit,” but a tribute to women’s stories. Admission is free.

The Babae at Kulay art exhibit is open at the Blanco Art Gallery, Blanco Family Museum, Angono, Rizal until March 27.

4. This is SHE Art Exhibit

Organized by ARTistic Guild PH, This is SHE showcases works from 27 female artists, celebrating creativity and inspiration within the local community.

The exhibit opened on March 16, with actress and singer Tuesday Vargas as a special guest artist.

This is SHE is open at SM City San Lazaro’s Event Center until March 20.

5. Vanguard in Chromatic

The Vanguard in Chromatic Art Showcase highlights women artists across generations through abstraction and color-driven works.

Among the participating artists are Anna De Leon, Bidibidi, Camille Dela Rosa, Chewy Yap, Connie Obemio, Hazel Imperial-Tan, and more.

The exhibit explores how “chromatic expression” becomes a tool for identity and resilience.

Vanguard in Chromatic will run until March 29 at Art Lounge Manila, The Podium.
