Women’s Month 2026: Art fairs, exhibits to check out
In celebration of Women’s Month, several art spaces and creative communities are rolling out events that highlight the voices, stories, and talents of women.
From all-women group exhibits to community art showcases, here’s a list of events you might want to check out:
1. Lilet Fair
A mix of music, art, drag, comedy, and conversation, Lilet Fair brings together a diverse lineup of women creatives for a one-day festival.
According to organizers Gabi Na Naman Productions, the event is “a live gig and community gathering” rather than a formal program, encouraging audiences to simply come and experience the performances.
The lineup includes musicians Barbie Almalbis, Clara Benin, syd hartha, and Janine Berdin, alongside drag performers M1SS Jade So and Inah Demons, and a talk titled “She Means Business: Women Paving the Way in Music, Offstage.”
The Lilet Fair is happening on March 21 at 123 Block, Mandala Park, Mandaluyong. Gates open at 3:00 p.m.
2. Pangil sa Pangil - Women’s Month Group Exhibition
Allout Art Space in Laguna is bringing together more than 70 female artists whose works explore instinct, resilience, and lived experience through painting and sculpture for Pangil sa Pangil.
Organizers describe the exhibit as reclaiming “the fang as a symbol of strength” and a refusal “to shrink, soften, or stay silent.”
Pangil sa Pangil opens on March 21, 1 p.m., at the Avida Shophouse Technopark in Biñan, Laguna.
3. Babae at Kulay Art Exhibit
Running in Angono, Rizal, Babae at Kulay features 60 artworks from both emerging and established women artists across CALABARZON.
The exhibit highlights women’s strength, beauty, and contributions, and is positioned as “more than just an exhibit,” but a tribute to women’s stories. Admission is free.
The Babae at Kulay art exhibit is open at the Blanco Art Gallery, Blanco Family Museum, Angono, Rizal until March 27.
4. This is SHE Art ExhibitOrganized by ARTistic Guild PH, This is SHE showcases works from 27 female artists, celebrating creativity and inspiration within the local community.
The exhibit opened on March 16, with actress and singer Tuesday Vargas as a special guest artist.
This is SHE is open at SM City San Lazaro’s Event Center until March 20.
5. Vanguard in Chromatic
The Vanguard in Chromatic Art Showcase highlights women artists across generations through abstraction and color-driven works.
Among the participating artists are Anna De Leon, Bidibidi, Camille Dela Rosa, Chewy Yap, Connie Obemio, Hazel Imperial-Tan, and more.
The exhibit explores how “chromatic expression” becomes a tool for identity and resilience.
Vanguard in Chromatic will run until March 29 at Art Lounge Manila, The Podium.
6. Flow Fearless
Soul Space is hosting a community yoga flow on March 28 at 7 a.m. at the activity center in Bonifacio High Street. In partnership with Spark! Philippines, proceeds from the event will be donated to women at the Correctional Institution for Women.
Participants may bring their own mats or rent one from Soul Space. Admission is priced at ₱200.
Kalye Escolta
On March 29, Escolta Street in Manila City will host Kalye Escolta: Women’s Month Arts Market, transforming the area into a pedestrian marketplace featuring women-led creativity, independent brands, and Manila’s growing creative community. Admission is free and open to the public.
Bongga Ka, Gurl!
On March 26, 2026, Manila celebrates women, movement, and 90s nostalgia with “Bongga Ka, Gurl! The 90s Street Jam,” starting with the “Lakad para sa Kababaihan” at 5:00 p.m. at Rajah Sulayman Park, followed by a 6:00 p.m. street jam at Remedios Circle featuring music, performances, and a lively community celebration of womanhood and self-expression.
Pilates at the park
Makati City is honoring the strength of women by offering a 45-minute Pilates session led by Ayah Salvacion, STOTT Pilates & Total Barre Certified Instructor, on March 28, 8:15 a.m. at Washington SyCip Park, Legazpi Village, Makati.
