BTS announces return of variety show 'Run BTS'

"Run BTS" is coming back better than ever!

BTS on Monday announced "Run BTS 2.0" with a teaser showing the seven members discussing ideas of what to do on their variety show.

"Let's give 'Run BTS' a revamp," RM said.

Suga agreed, saying that YouTube and variety show trends have "changed so much."

"Run BTS 2.0" will release its first episode on April 7, 9 p.m. KST.

"Run BTS" premiered in 2015, and went on hiatus in 2023, the year after the group did. Following his discharge from the South Korean military, Jin launched a spin-off of the show titled "Run Jin." It released its last episode in May 2025.

All episodes of "Run BTS" and "Run Jin" are available for streaming on Weverse and the BangtanTV Youtube channel.

BTS reunited after their military service last year and released their record-breaking comeback album "Arirang" earlier this month. —JCB, GMA News
