‘The Devil Wears Prada 2:’ Here’s where to watch the world premiere livestream

Disney+ Philippines is rolling out the red carpet virtually as it prepares to livestream the world premiere of “The Devil Wears Prada 2” on April 21 (Philippine time), giving subscribers access to the event at Lincoln Center in New York City.

The livestream begins at 5:30 a.m., featuring behind-the-scenes moments, fashion highlights, celebrity arrivals, cast interviews, and special surprises. A full replay of the event will also be available on the streaming platform.

Cast and filmmakers expected to attend include Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, Stanley Tucci, Kenneth Branagh, Simone Ashley, Caleb Hearon, Helen J. Shen, director David Frankel, and screenwriter Aline Brosh McKenna.

Earlier in April, the Philippines’ Anne Curtis and Mimiyuuuh attended the Japan tour of “The Devil Wears Prada 2,” where they each interviewed Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway.

Aside from Meryl and Anne, the highly anticipated sequel will also see the return of Stanley Tucci and Emily Blunt, as well as the appearance of "Bridgerton" star Simone Ashley.

"The Devil Wears Prada 2" is set for a theatrical release on April 29.

Part of the sequel will take place in Milan, Italy, Reuters reported.

The original "The Devil Wears Prada" film was adapted from Lauren Weisberger’s 2003 bestselling novel of the same name. The movie was a box-office success, earning $326.7 million worldwide.
