National Book Day: The Stacks returns with a permanent home in Makati

The minimalist reading nook in Makati City is back! And this time, it’s here to stay.

Just in time for National Book Day, One Ayala announced that The Stacks is returning with a permanent space on its fourth floor, following popular demand.

As seen in photos posted on Instagram, the new space features comfortable bean bags and tiered seating with cushions, creating a cozy environment for reading. It also offers a selection of books that visitors can enjoy for free.

Beyond being a place for reading, The Stacks also allows visitors to donate a pre-loved book in exchange for a new one or a gently used one.

The Stacks first debuted in January as a limited-time pop-up, hosting book signings and discussions with Filipino authors.
