'Kagurabachi' is finally getting an anime in 2027
Popular manga "Kagurabachi" is getting adapted into anime, and it's already a hit in the making.
Three years since Weekly Shonen Jump first published the first chapter of Takeru Hokazono's manga, Shueisha announced that the anime series is in the works, and is set to premiere in April 2027.
The newly created X account of the upcoming series released a teaser showing Chihiro Rokuhira cutting down enemies with his katana.
In a message to fans, Takeru said, "I'll work hard to capture all those elements and aim to make a show that both long-time fans of the manga and first-time viewers alike can enjoy."
"Kagurabachi" follows the story of Chihiro on his journey for bloody vengeance.
The ongoing manga currently has 120 available chapters on Shonen Jump.
