'One Piece' Season 3 wraps filming, drops first look image
The Straw Hats are ready for Alabasta!
Netflix on Tuesday night announced that filming for "One Piece" Season 3 has wrapped.
Along with the happy news is a first look image of the main cast consisting of Inaki Godoy, Mackenyu, Emily Rudd, Jacob Gibson, and Taz Skylar, who play the members of the Straw Hats Pirates.
The cast is notably wearing arm bands in a rocky desert town, signaling that they've made it to Alabasta. A mural of Sir Crocodile (Joe Manganiello) can also be spotted on a wall.
"One Piece" Season 3 was confirmed ahead of the Season 2 premiere in March.
The season title, "The Battle of Alabasta," hints that the entirety of the third season would focus on the Alabasta Arc.
"One Piece" is based on the long-running manga by Eiichiro Oda.
The story follows the adventures of Monkey D. Luffy, the captain of the Straw Hat pirate crew, in his quest to find the ultimate treasure, the One Piece, and become King of the Pirates.
