'Camp Rock 3' teaser brings together familiar faces and new campers; sets August release date

“Camp Rock 3” just dropped its official teaser trailer, bringing back the Jonas Brothers' Connect 3, who return to Camp Rock to find an opening act for their sold-out tour.

The new campers get competitive as they sing and dance for the band to try to impress them. The campers also start taking dance classes, while a new romance blooms.

“Camp Rock 3” will premiere on August 13 on Disney+.

The movie began production in 2025.

Aside from the Jonas Brothers, Maria Canals-Barrera will also be reprising her role as Connie.

According to a report by Deadline, “Camp Rock” alum Demi Lovato will also return but this time as an executive producer of the film.

The new installment will also feature new cast members which include Sherry Cola, Liamani Segura, Malachi Barton, Lumi Pollack, Hudson Stone, Casey Trotter, Brooklynn Pitts and Ava Jean.

“Camp Rock” premiered in 2008, and followed a group of teens at a summer music camp. It was Demi’s breakout role.

The four recently reunited at the Jonas Brothers’ concert in New Jersey where Joe and Demi sang the hit songs from the franchise “This is Me” and “Wouldn’t Change a Thing.” —Hermes Joy Tunac/JCB, GMA News
