BTS' 'Normal' to be promoted as group's next single

The "Arirang" era is far from over!

Months after the release of BTS' comeback album, the South Korean supergroup is pushing a second single, and it's none other than the track "Normal."

According to Billboard, "Normal" will be promoted to pop radio. The report comes after BTS teased "Normal"-themed social media layouts, followed by an announcement of a "Normal" single album.

This marks the second single off of the album after "Swim."

"Swim" is currently facing a copyright infringement lawsuit in the United States.

Independent songwriters Steve Cooper, Jon Sandler, and Greylyn Johnson filed a lawsuit against HYBE, along with its subsidiaries HYBE America and BTS' agency, Big Hit, alleging that "Swim" was plagiarized from their unreleased demo.

Big Hit has denied the allegations and maintained that “Swim” is an independent creation.

BTS released 'Swim' in March as the lead track of “Arirang.”

The group is currently on a world tour, with a three-night Philippine stop happening in March 2027. —JCB, GMA News
