Pablo of SB19 drops inspiring solo single 'Usad'
Pablo of SB19 has released his latest solo single, "Usad," on Friday, July 17, offering listeners a heartfelt message about hope, resilience, and embracing life's journey at their own pace.
The title means "move forward" and according to the P-Pop star, it reflects his belief that every step of progress—no matter how small—is worth celebrating.
"If you know within yourself that you've made progress, then that is still progress. ‘Usad’ tells that story," Pablo said in a statement.
"USAD" marks another chapter in Pablo's personal and creative journey, and this time, it captures a season of self-reflection and rediscovery.
"We're bestowed with such a great gift. Sometimes we forget, and sometimes we just need to be reminded that we're all great. ‘The Middle’ is about embracing my own greatness and discovering the greatness within," he said.
Pablo also revealed that "Usad" was inspired by the quiet struggles and unseen challenges that shape a person's growth.
"If you don't see the light at the end of the tunnel, you feel like you'll never reach it. But it's through those challenges, detours, and even dead ends that you gain what you need for your destination. When you finally get there, you understand why every step mattered," he said.
As a solo artist, Pablo released the double album "Alon" and Laon" in 2024. He was previously a coach on "The Voice Kids Philippines."
He will be having a solo event, "The Middle," on Friday, July 17 at The Crossroads Center in Quezon City.
