Bea Millan-Windorski graces inaugural Fashion Week Asia in floral creation
Bea Millan-Windorski made an appearance at the inaugural Fashion Week Asia in a floral ensemble by Plaza Kuala Lumpur, featuring more than 3,000 hand-cut fabric lilies.
In a social media post, the Miss Universe Philippines 2026 described the creation as a celebration of femininity, craftsmanship, and the courage to embrace one's individuality.
The lily-inspired ensemble was designed under the creative direction of Anisah Farid and the Plaza Kuala Lumpur team. According to Bea, the flower's symbolism of renewal and devotion resonated with her personal journeys over the past year.
She also expressed renewed commitment to celebrating the creativity of designers and artists across Asia, as well as supporting and preserving the artistic process.
“I walk away from the first ever Fashion Week Asia renewed in my commitment to celebrating the ingenuity of designers and creatives across Asia, and devoted to uplifting and preserving the artistic process,” Bea said.
"In an age where we are rewarded for taking shortcuts and outsourcing the human touch, it was an honor to carry the hard work and craftsmanship of Creative Director Anisah Farid and the team of Plaza," she added.
Bea represented La Union and bested 49 other candidates during Miss Universe Philippines in May.
The upcoming Miss Universe competition is happening in November in Puerto Rico.
Bea’s official headshot for the competition features a sleek look, with the Philippine representative wearing a strapless white top and sporting straight, dark hair.
For her Miss Universe Beyond the Crown video, she highlighted sea turtle conservation and community involvement in protecting the environment.
